Ingredients:
100 g potatoes, 100 g carrots, 100 g parsley roots
100 g celeriac
100 g onions
40 g butter
1 l chicken or vegetable broth
Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Clean the vegetables, wash and cut into even pieces. Sauté in butter, pour in the broth and cook until soft in about 15 minutes. Puree all ingredients finely, season with salt and pepper.

300 g flour
40 g sugar

15 g butter
180 g milk
2 egg yolks
1 egg
500 g hard-boiling

6 tbsp ketchup
6 tbsp mayonnaise

600 g ground beef pepper

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 35 °C.
Mix flour, sugar and salt in a bowl, press a depression in the middle. Crumble the yeast into it, mix with melted butter, lukewarm milk and two egg yolks, let it rise in the heat for 90 minutes. Then dust the dough with a little flour, knead carefully again, form four rolls, place on a baking tray with baking separating paper and brush with the whisked egg. Bake at 185 °C for 15–20 minutes.
Then peel the potatoes, quarter them and coat them with a mixture of olive oil, salt and paprika powder. Place next to each other on a tray and bake for 30 minutes at 200 °C until browned, salt. Mix a sauce from ketchup and mayonnaise.
Form ground beef into flat patties and fry in hot oil per side for 3 – 4 minutes.
Peel the onions and avocado and, like cucumbers, cheese and tomatoes, cut into slices, fry the bacon crispy and put everything in different bowls. Top rolls with the patties and other ingredients as desired.

4 very fresh eggs

3 tbsp honey
250 g mascarpone
Preparation:
For the cream, separate the eggs, beat the proteins stiffly. Beat egg yolks, vanilla sugar, gingerbread spice, cinnamon and honey until creamy, mix in mascarpone. Carefully apply egg whites and place the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

Bake:
50 minutes at 160 °C circulating air Springform Ø 18 cm
Preparation:
Preheat the oven.
Beat the room-warm butter until frothy, while pouring in sugar.
In a separate bowl, mix cocoa with spelt flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt. Carefully lift the mixture under the butter-sugar mass and mix well so that a homogeneous mass is obtained. Grease springform and dust with spelt flour. Put the dough in the mold and bake for about 50 minutes, check with a chopstick whether it is cooked. Meanwhile, peel avocados, puree with the brown sugar and the squeezed lemon juice (against oxidation). Then add the locust bean gum to thicken the mixture a little. Mix very well with oil and a pinch of salt and keep cool.
Halve the cake horizontally and brush the bottom half with the avocado cream, christmas cookie time cover with the other half.
